How we use your details
This notice explains what Lagos Home List collects when you use this website, WhatsApp or our services, why, who sees it, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Who we are

What we collect, why, and how long we keep it

We never see your card details. Card payments go through a payment provider (such as Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe), which handles them under its own privacy terms.
Our legal reasons
- Your consent, when you ask us for a list, guide, report or the printed edition. You can withdraw it any time.
- A contract with you, when you book a tour or ask us to sell your property.
- Legal duties, such as keeping payment records for tax.
- Our legitimate interests, such as blocking spam and keeping the website secure.
Automatic scoring
When you fill in a form, your answers get an automatic score for how soon you plan to buy or sell. We use it only to decide who to contact first. It never stops you getting your list or using our services. If you'd like a person to look again, tell us.
Who sees your details
- Our team, only as far as their work needs. Our listing researchers never see buyers' details.
- Companies that run our tools: Google (where our records are stored), GoHighLevel (our customer and messaging system), WhatsApp, our email provider and our payment providers.
- Printers and delivery riders: your name, address and phone number, only if you ask for the printed edition.
- Developers on a tour you join: your name, for site access and security.
- Sellers, developers, lawyers or surveyors: only when you ask us to connect you, for example to arrange an inspection or a title check.
We never sell your details, and we never give your number to other agents.
Some of these companies store data outside Nigeria. When they do, we rely on the safeguards the Nigeria Data Protection Act allows, such as their data protection terms.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the details we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct them, or to delete them.
- Withdraw your consent, or stop our messages: reply STOP on WhatsApp at any time.
- Object to how we use your details, or ask us to limit it.
- Ask for your details in a format you can take elsewhere.
- Complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng).
To use any of these rights, contact us on WhatsApp +234 708 966 1087. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
This website
Your browser remembers how many times you've visited and which of our pages you've looked at, on your own device, so the site can show you the right lists. It isn't sent to us unless you fill in a form. We don't use advertising cookies at the moment; if we add them, we'll update this notice first.
Keeping your details safe
Our records are in password-protected accounts with two-step sign-in, and only the people who need them can open them.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we'll tell you on WhatsApp.
